Important Notice: Making Tax Digital is coming!
As you should already be aware HMRC are changing the way that you must submit your VAT after this tax year is over. By April 2019 all businesses will be required to submit their VAT information through supported software. If you are not prepared for this you will be unable to submit your VAT to HMRC and will suffer the consequences.

Opera II customers must be aware that Pegasus are not planning to release any updates to accomodate Making Tax Digital changes for Opera II. If you haven't already, then now is the time to speak to your Account Manager about upgrading to Pegasus Opera 3 - it is vital that you do this ASAP to be compliant with HMRC requirements. Pegasus Opera 3
Pegasus are firmly commited to providing a Making Tax Digital solution for Opera 3 and they are aiming to release an update to support Making Tax Digital alongside the 2019 payroll end of year release. If you would like some advanced training and assistance with submitting your VAT returns through Opera 3, including how to manage your data and training on how to clear down the VAT tables to start fresh then get in touch. Be aware that as every single one of our customers is in the same situation then please be prepared and request assistance in advance so that you are not disappointed.
