  • For our current and prospective Microsoft NAV customers, Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a Microsoft certified software solution that automates the production and delivery of business documents to reduce costs, and allows electronic filing in NAV of emails and paper documents.

    By automating delivery via email, Zetadocs for NAV significantly reduces the cost of paper, consumables and postage, as well as saving time printing, collating and packaging documents to send.

    Zetadocs for NAV also allows incoming emails, faxes or scanned documents to be captured and filed electronically alongside documents sent from NAV. This ensures that all information is available from a secure, central location for instant retrieval.

  • Dynamic Foundations is a solution developed within the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 system, which has been customised by Encode to meet the needs of businesses operating in the construction and allied industries.

    Dynamic Foundations provides an up-to-date view of operations across your construction based organisation. Information is consolidated into the centralised Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 system making it easier to access and compare data. Users can generate Key Performance Indicator reports, track costs and measure profitability throughout the life of a project, assess operational efficiency and produce meaningful comparisons.

    • Subcontractor processing
      Total control and visibility over your dealings with your subcontractor partners, including valuations, subcontractor payments, retention and VAT processing, HMRC accredited online verification and monthly return submission.

    • Job costing
      The standard NAV 2009 modules are significantly enhanced to suit the planning and reporting needs of the construction and specialist contractor sectors.

    • Cost value reconciliation (CVR)
      Fully user-customisable quick and full versions with check-out and check-in to Microsoft Excel. Approval routines for adjustments are available as are reversing journals. Liabilities of individual subcontractors can be adjusted.

    • Plant
      The full-feature Dynamic Foundations plant module offers you total control over all aspects of internal and external plant.

    • Costed Payroll
      Complete time-sheeting, costing and payroll (with HR capability) suite within NAV 2009, fully integrated to Foundations' job ledgers and the general ledger. Full HMRC accreditation and online processing.
